Step by step
- 1Plan the screen flowLay out the screens for the event in order - welcome, holding screen, the game, the results, the close. You can build the flow and save it as a template.Take me there
- 2Set the welcome screenPut the couple or company name, a photo and the QR code on the screen before the game starts so guests can join while they are arriving.
- 3Show the game on the big screenThe display screen mirrors the current number, song or question to the room while guests play on their phones.Take me there
- 4Use show modeShow mode keeps the screens advancing in order, so you can run the evening without hunting for the next screen.Take me there
- 5Drive it from your phoneThe phone remote gives you next and back on the screens while you are standing in the room rather than behind the laptop.Take me there
- 6Rehearse the flowRun the whole sequence through once before doors open. Anything that looks wrong looks wrong on a big screen.
Common problems
The screen is showing the wrong thing
Move forward or back with the phone remote, or jump to the right screen from the flow view.
The display does not match the host screen
Reload the display tab. Both pages talk to the same event, so a reload re-syncs them.
