Enterprise accounts
Running many venues, teams or sites from one account, with each venue seeing its own events.
What you need
- •Nothing extra - this is account structure rather than equipment
How the host controls it
- •Each venue has its own login and its own events
- •Branding can be set at group and venue level
- •Games are switched on per account
Who it suits
Groups, chains, agencies and anyone running events across more than one site.
How guests join
Guests see the branded experience of the venue they are at - the code and the screens carry that venue, not the group.
How you win
Not a game.
How it ends
Not a game.
Step by step
- 1Open the enterprise areaEnterprises are managed separately from your own events, with their own setup and branding.Take me there
- 2Set up the enterpriseAdd the organisation, its branding and its venues. Each venue can carry its own look and its own screens.
- 3Add the teamGive each site its own staff logins. Staff see their own venue and nothing else.
- 4Decide what each site can runGames and experiences are switched on per account, so a site only ever sees what it should.
- 5Run the eventsEach venue creates and runs its own events. The organisation view keeps the whole picture in one place.Take me there
- 6Use the venue portalVenues get their own portal for their events, templates and branding.Take me there
Common problems
A venue cannot see a game
Games are switched on per account. Check that venue access in the enterprise setup, then have the venue sign in again.
